Responsibilities

• Handle a mix of general business disputes, white collar criminal defense, and government investigations work
• Engage in substantial motion practice, discovery, and brief writing
• Prepare witnesses and take and defend depositions
• Manage cases end-to-end, including fact investigation and all phases of discovery
• Participate in trial preparation and trial work
• Interact directly with clients

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience with a strong foundation in complex litigation
• Substantial experience in motion practice, discovery, brief writing, preparing witnesses, and taking and defending depositions
• Meaningful courtroom exposure
• Experience managing cases end-to-end, including fact investigation and all phases of discovery
• Exceptional writing skills
• Confident oral advocacy
• Meticulous attention to detail
• Ability to produce high-quality work under tight deadlines
• Texas bar admission is required
