Business Litigation Associate

The Orange County Office of Shook, Hardy & Bacon LLP is seeking an associate with 4-6 years of litigation experience to work on a broad range of complex litigation including business litigation, product liability, and employment matters. Candidates should have excellent writing and research skills and thrive in a collaborative environment. We do complex, cutting-edge work in jurisdictions across the country and have a deep commitment to providing opportunities for associates to gain significant case management and courtroom experience. In accordance with applicable law, the annualized salary range for this position is $220,000 - $300,000, depending on the candidate’s overall experience and other job-related factors permitted by law. Discretionary bonuses may also be awarded annually.
