Responsibilities

• Manage and enhance the NEOGOV platform to meet customer needs.
• Improve user experience by analyzing user feedback and interaction data.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement new features and functionalities.
• Ensure compliance with data protection regulations and company policies.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in software development or a related field.
• Strong understanding of web development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
• Experience with backend technologies such as Python, Java, or Node.js.
• Knowledge of database management systems (MySQL, PostgreSQL).
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in agile methodologies and project management tools (Jira, Trello).
• Experience with version control systems (Git).
• Understanding of cloud computing platforms (AWS, Azure).
