Business Intelligence Specialist, Global Finance Operations

Responsibilities

• Execute global finance automation and process improvement projects.
• Partner with finance, accounting, IT, and cross-functional stakeholders to identify opportunities for automation, standardization, and efficiency gains across global processes.
• Drive adoption/introduction of Power Platform tools (Power BI, Power Query, Power Automate, and Power Apps) to the Nutrition finance organization.
• Leverage SQL and data querying capabilities to support data validation, reporting, and automation initiatives.
• Accountable for training, user adoption, and ongoing support activities associated with enterprise system integration and business transformation initiative.
• Support data infrastructure initiatives, including working with modern platforms such as Databricks to enable scalable and efficient data processing.
• Promote a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and operational excellence within the finance organization.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in project management, preferably within finance, transformation, or technology-driven environments.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Significant experience with Microsoft Power Platform tools (Power BI, Power Query, Power Automate, Power Apps).
• Experience with SQL for data extraction, transformation, and validation.
• Ability to engage stakeholders across multiple levels and geographies.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Preferred: Experience with Databricks or similar cloud-based data platforms.
• Familiarity with finance processes (FP&A, accounting, reporting, or forecast processes).

Benefits

The base pay for this position is $78,000.00 – $156,000.00. In specific locations, the pay range may vary from the range posted.
