Responsibilities

  • Discussing with management and relevant stakeholders to define goals/requirements
  • Gathers data/business intelligence from a variety of sources
  • Researching, developing and implementing data-gathering methods
  • Gathering, cleansing, modeling, and transformation of data
  • Develops reports and dashboards utilizing Power BI and other related interactive data visualization software
  • Create customized calculations and measures
  • Sums up data for review by executives, managers, clients, and stakeholders
  • Collaborates with coworkers and management to implement process improvements to support data integrity
  • Evaluates the effectiveness of generated output
  • Performs other related duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Analytics, Business, Management, Economics, Accounting, Finance, or Computer and Information Science required
  • Technical Skills: Power Bi or Tableau, SQL, Python, DAX
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong reporting skills to present insights concisely
  • Able to work both alone to analyze findings as well as a team
  • Able to communicate findings with management
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software
  • Organized with great attention to detail
  • Excellent ability to analyze information and think systematically
  • Ability to handle databases and understand technology-driven business intelligence tools
