Power your future with Qualus in our Program Management department as a Data Analyst Level 1 (2-5 years of experience). The Data Analyst will be responsible for developing & maintaining project reporting to track and monitor the performance of the relevant organizations. Individual is responsible for analytical/reporting related tasks to aid in efficient monitoring of project costs, trends, and schedules to track the overall health of the project. Analytical thinking, transformation of data, and performance of compliance reviews & data validation for the functional area is required. 2-5 years experience. Responsibilities Discussing with management and relevant stakeholders to define goals/requirements Gathers data/business intelligence from a variety of sources Researching, developing and implementing data-gathering methods Gathering, cleansing, modeling, and transformation of data Develop reports and dashboards utilizing Power BI and other related interactive data visualization software Ability to create customized calculations and measures Summarizes data for review by executives, managers, clients, and stakeholders Collaborating with coworkers and management to implement process improvements to support data integrity Evaluate the effectiveness of generated output Performs other related duties as assigned Minimum Qualifications Candiate must have 2-5 years of PowerBi experience and be able to build reports and maintain a PowerBI Dashboard. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced data analysis, financial modeling, and reporting capabilities. Experience with utility capital investment business models is preferred but not required. Demonstrated financial management experience, including: Cash flow forecasting and management for capital projects, including both internal labor and contractor-supported work. Purchase Order (PO) financial tracking and oversight. Financial risk assessment and mitigation to support achievement of investment objectives. Capital portfolio financial planning, monitoring, and performance management. Identification, evaluation, and communication of financial risks and opportunities. Strong data management, analysis, and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex information into actionable insights. Proven ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams, particularly between Project Management and Financial Management organizations. Experience preparing and delivering executive and leadership-level reporting, including financial performance, portfolio status, risks, and investment outcomes.
