Role Description Business Intelligence Microsoft Power BI Microsoft Fabric Tableau Burbank CA Onsite Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Analytics Business Intelligence professional with strong expertise in Microsoft Power BI Microsoft Fabric Tableau and enterprise reporting solutions The ideal candidate will lead analytics initiatives design scalable reporting frameworks support business decisionmaking through actionable insights and contribute to BI platform modernization and migration programs Key Responsibilities Analytics Business Intelligence Design develop and maintain interactive dashboards reports and scorecards using Power BI and Tableau Develop and manage Semantic Models KPIs measures and calculations using DAX Translate business requirements into scalable analytics and reporting solutions Deliver executive operational and strategic dashboards to support datadriven decision making Partner with business stakeholders to identify trends opportunities and performance insights Enable selfservice analytics through reusable datasets and governed reporting assets Microsoft Fabric Modern Analytics Design and support analytics solutions using Microsoft Fabric Develop and maintain Fabric Lakehouses Warehouses Dataflows and Semantic Models Optimize report performance data refresh strategies and workspace administration Establish best practices for Fabric governance security and capacity utilization Drive Adoption Of Modern Analytics Capabilities Across Business Functions Reporting Migration Modernization Participate in migration and modernization initiatives involving legacy BI platforms Lead or support migration projects from Tableau SAP BusinessObjects Cognos or other reporting tools to Power BI and Microsoft Fabric Perform assessment report inventory analysis migration planning and validation activities Collaborate with business users to ensure seamless transition and user adoption during migration programs Identify opportunities for report rationalization standardization and optimization Stakeholder Engagement Work closely with business teams product owners and leadership to understand reporting needs Conduct requirement gathering and solution design workshops Present analytical findings and recommendations to stakeholders Provide user support training and knowledge transfer sessions Reporting Operations Governance Manage enhancements production support and issue resolution for analytics solutions Establish reporting standards visualization best practices and governance policies Maintain technical and functional documentation Ensure compliance with organizational data governance and security standards Required Qualifications Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology Analytics or related discipline 8 years of experience in Business Intelligence Analytics and Reporting Handson expertise in Microsoft Power BI and Tableau Strong understanding of Microsoft Fabric and modern analytics architecture Advanced knowledge of DAX Power Query Semantic Modeling and data visualization best practices Experience leading or supporting BI modernization and migration initiatives Strong problemsolving analytical and stakeholder management skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills Preferred Skills Microsoft Fabric Administration Power BI Service Mandatory Tableau Server Tableau CloudMandatory SAP BusinessObjects SQL KPI Framework Design Executive Dashboard Development AgileScrum Methodology Change Management and User Adoption Key Competencies Business Intelligence Analytics Microsoft Fabric Power BI Development Administration Tableau Development Dashboard KPI Design Semantic Modeling BI Migration Modernization Requirements Gathering Stakeholder Management Other Details Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, performance and internal equity.
