About the Role

We’re looking for a customer-obsessed Business Intelligence (BI) Analyst for our data team within our Global Consumer Finance organization. You will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and visualizing financial data to support business decision-making. The role involves building dashboards, generating financial reports, and identifying trends that improve financial performance and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain financial dashboards and reports using BI tools such as Microsoft Power BI or Tableau.
  • Analyze financial data including revenue, expenses, profit margins, and forecasting metrics.
  • Write complex queries using SQL to extract data from financial databases.
  • Work with finance teams on budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
  • Automate recurring financial reports and improve reporting processes.
  • Collaborate with accounting, finance, and leadership teams to deliver actionable insights.
  • Build and own daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and yearly finance dashboards.
  • Maintain data accuracy and ensure data governance standards are followed.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in business intelligence, financial analysis, data analytics, or related field.
  • Master’s degree in analytics fields (Computer Science, Business Intelligence, Engineering, or equivalent).
  • Strong knowledge of BI tools such as Microsoft Power BI, Tableau, or Looker.
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, financial modeling).
  • Experience with databases and data querying using SQL.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in programming languages like Python or R.
  • Knowledge of financial metrics such as forecasting models for revenue, expenses, and profitability.
  • Experience working with data warehouses and ETL processes.
  • Strong communication skills for presenting insights to stakeholders.

Pay

The salary range for this role is applicable for jobs to be performed in California, Colorado, New York, or remote jobs that can be performed in these states. The range may be modified in the future.
