Overview

Drive meaningful change across Guernsey Electricity as a Business Improvement Specialist, connecting teams, systems and ideas to deliver smarter ways of working. You'll analyse business needs, redesign processes and lead the integration of applications to support efficient, data-driven decision-making. Working closely with stakeholders and external partners, you'll help deliver projects on time and within budget, while maintaining strong governance and quality standards.
