Responsibilities
- Engage prospects through outreach, referrals, and inbound inquiries
- Lead discovery conversations to uncover business needs and growth goals
- Present and recommend service solutions aligned with client objectives
- Guide prospects through the decision-making process and close new business
- Maintain accurate pipeline activity and forecasts in CRM systems
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding
Requirements
- Experience in sales, business development, or client-facing consulting roles is a plus
- Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
- Ability to think strategically and sell solutions
- Self-motivated, organized, and results-driven
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience with CRM software
