Key Responsibilities
- Local Market Outreach: Physically visit surrounding businesses, apartment complexes, and hotels to build professional partnerships and distribute meeting room passes/trial offers.
- Lead Resuscitation: Regularly review historical inquiry data in our CRM to re-engage past prospects and bring them back into the current sales funnel.
- Platform Management: Proactively list and manage workspace availability on Facebook Marketplace, LinkedIn, Craigslist, and other community-driven platforms.
- Strategic Prospecting: Identify and reach out to local business owners, remote teams, and professionals currently using nearby office space to showcase the advantages of our spaces.
- High-Volume Cold Outreach: Maintain a consistent daily cadence of cold calling and direct LinkedIn messaging to generate new interest within the local market.
- Collaboration: Partner closely with onsite Sales Consultants to ensure a seamless handoff of the leads you generate for tours and closing.

Pay
Commission is tied directly to successful occupancy conversion at your assigned locations.
