Business Growth Analyst & Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Assist in identifying new business growth opportunities across target markets and industry segments.
• Research and analyze potential target clients, partners and markets aligned with company strategy.
• Support development of target client lists, outreach strategies and opportunity pipelines.
• Conduct opportunity analysis, including market size, revenue potential and competitive positioning.
• Aid and prepare briefing materials, market intelligence reports and business development presentations.
• Aid leadership in evaluating potential partnerships, collaborations and business expansion initiatives.
• Agregate and identify necessary data/information on internal and external resources/capabilities for business growth opportunities.
• Support and assist translating strategic objectives into actionable project plans.

Qualifications and Skills

• 3 - 5 years of experience in business analysis, strategy, operations or project management in the field of content production.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets and presentation tools.
• Experience working with third-party vendors/clients.
• Knowledge of content production workflows.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends, as schedules require.
