Your impact involves developing, writing, and editing material for reports and various technical and administrative documents. You will analyze trends, work with management within programs, review work processes and data, and make recommendations for improvements. The role requires distilling complex business issues into easily understandable terms for diverse audiences. The selected candidate must demonstrate excellent teamwork, professionalism, integrity, mutual respect, and accountability.
Responsibilities
- Organizes data, graphs, and other material in a logical format and executes reporting as needed on a regular interval.
- Compares data to established norms to verify consistent updates and validity to baseline data.
- Reviews published reports and materials, recommending revisions or changes in data, format, or content.
- Performs data analysis and organizes data for ease of viewing via software tools.
- May function as an assistant project manager if the client requires.
- Reviews team deliverables and coordinates feedback from stakeholders.
- Facilitates project meetings and produces/distributes meeting documents.
- Contributes to improving methods and practices.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree with a strong emphasis on communication, business, finance, or accounting preferred; others considered.
- 5+ years’ experience as a business or financial analyst with demonstrated work products.
- Ability to work in teams, actively participate in decision-making, and demonstrate problem-solving capabilities.
- Capable of analyzing complex issues and evaluating alternatives to achieve quality solutions.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong detail orientation and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to contribute in a team environment and work across multiple departments.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to track and prioritize numerous simultaneous tasks.
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office products.
- Proven ability to work under pressure.

Pay
The base salary range for this position is $128,200.00 to $170,000.00. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
Schedule
Jacobs offers a hybrid working policy, allowing employees to split their work week between Jacobs offices/projects and remote locations.
