Business Express - Loan Processor

About the role

Under general supervision, the Business Express Loan Processor reviews approved small business loan applications and processes conditions received from the Loan Officer. Responsibilities include reporting and analysis, communication with loan officers, monitoring condition fulfillment, and some post-closing duties such as funding advances.

Responsibilities

• Reviews approved loan requests for completeness and accuracy.
• Manages condition/stipulation fulfillment.
• Orders and reviews requests through vendors and related inter-company groups, including appraisals, environmental reviews, and title work.
• Prepares closing package and requests closing documents.
• Processes funding advances, including wires.
• Assists with general reports and analysis on both a scheduled and ad hoc basis.

Requirements

• Significant (3+ years) related experience with knowledge of loan processes and documentation.
• Detail-oriented, well-organized, and results-driven.
• Proficient in PC and Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
