Redwood Credit Union is looking for a Business Efficiency Analyst II plays a key role in efficiency projects across Redwood Credit Union, working closely with business stakeholders to ensure Members are served more consistently and efficiently, while still providing personalized service and solutions. You will use your understanding of business processes and technology, critical thinking skills, and ability to collaborate with a diverse set of business partners to design, develop, and deliver solutions for Members, teammates, and communities served. Key Responsibilities Process Analysis and Design: Conduct observations and interviews with process performers and owners to gather experiential information about as-is processesPartner with the data team to gather quantitative information about as-is processesLead collaborative workshops with key stakeholders to document end-to-end as-is processes, internal/external pain points, and desired outcomes for optimization and automationUse Lean principles to provide data-driven recommendations for process improvementsDocument to-be processes and partner with business leadership to implementDevelop success metrics and monitoring procedures for quantifying improvement process improvement benefitsIdentify technology gaps and automation opportunities in existing processes Requirements Elicitation and Analysis: Elicit business requirements for processes and technology from a diversity of stakeholders from front-line team members to senior leadershipUse NPS and other sources of Member feedback to develop requirements for public-facing systems and processesAnalyze requirements and develop success criteria and KPIs for technical and process solutionsManage requirements in multiple SDLCs, including Scrum, Agile, and Waterfall Leadership & Other Functions: Build and maintain strong relationships with diverse business stakeholdersFacilitate discussions between business leadership and ITTrain and educate staff on processes and efficiencyParticipate in community eventsPerform other duties as assigned Join us and discover why you'll love working at Redwood Credit Union! Prior experience in financial services is a plus. Compensation: Base starting range: $94,082 to $123,949 annually commensurate with experience. Our base salary starting range is based on scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/training, key skills, and internal peer equity.
