For our client, a leader in the Finance & Insurance space, we are seeking a Business Director-Chief Of Staff (Payment Network U.S. and Canadian Markets) to advance people and talent initiatives that strengthen organizational effectiveness, leadership capability, and employee experience.

You will collaborate with business leaders, HR partners, and cross-functional stakeholders to align workforce priorities with business objectives. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required
• 4+ years performing quantitative analysis
• 4+ years performing qualitative analysis
• 2+ years managing people
• 2+ years in project management
• Master’s Degree preferred
• Experience in financial services and consulting is a plus

Pay

$230,400 – $263,000 annually
