Responsibilities
- AP and AR for the community
- Maintaining associate files and assisting with new hire paperwork
- Generating resident statements and maintaining accounts
- Generating payroll semi-monthly and maintaining PTO records for all associates
- Operating department within budgetary guidelines
- Aiding management team including Executive Director and Home Office staff
- Performing administrative functions in support of the Executive Director
- Addressing resident concerns in regards to bills and accounts
- Supervising front desk staff
- Serving as Manager on Duty as assigned
- Working with management and department heads to market and manage the community
Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent preferred
- Strong AP/AR and payroll experience required
- Experience in HR duties and associate benefits preferred
- 1-2 years experience in bookkeeping or office manager/coordinator position
- Property Management software a plus but not a requirement
- Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Must possess or be willing to acquire a valid driver's license to drive on company time as needed
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to communicate effectively with co-workers, residents, family members, and vendors.
