About the role
A benchmarked salary between $160,000 to $180,000 based on your level within our progression framework.
Responsibilities
- Client Services Delivery: Working as a Client Services lead on key and complex required accounts, leading by setting the standard as well as through the coaching of others. Output might include troubleshooting of any senior client delivery issues alongside our Seniors and VPs supporting annual scope and contract renewals, growth proposals or pitches and the development of quality strategic and creative work. Targeting 25% billable on key work-streams when required.
- Account Development: Oversight of and point of escalation for key agency opportunities, running and winning pitch and proposal processes for new brands or service lines within existing clients. Creating new opportunities through account plans, client marketing, networking, entertainment, relationship building, and thought leadership and supporting SADs in the execution of their account plans. Frequent and clear reporting of growth and pipeline across accounts being overseen, driving momentum in the pipeline and leading process change if required.
- The development of our Senior Client Relationships and services strategy, responsible for getting under the skin of the brands we partner with and using this insight to inform account direction.
- People Leadership: Leadership of SADs. Owning the personal and professional development of them through the running of weeklies, monthlies and performance reviews. Ensuring they are supported and thriving personally and professionally and positively impacting output in their accounts and department.
- Client Services Development and Operations: Ensuring that we have a high performing team by supporting professional development plans, understanding key areas of role development, implement department ways of working and onboarding for the department. Supporting operations by forecasting talent needs.
- Internal Reporting: Liaising with VPs, BDs and Leadership to report on the commercial performance and health of existing clients. Sharing insight on our team, work, delivery and structure and leading the communication and roll out of process, people or operational changes.
Requirements
- 7+ years of people leadership experience in a Client Services role in an agency setting
- A strong understanding of the principles of good project management and Client Services, and have helped to develop this in others
- Experience in the commercial running of account work
- A proven track record of retaining, developing and ultimately growing accounts
- A passion for improving client experience and love the relationship development needed to do this
- Experience working with global brands, even better in FMCG

A benchmarked salary between $160,000 to $180,000 based on your level within our progression framework.
Schedule
Crowd operates out of a hybrid model of 3 days in office per week. Standard working hours are from 9.00am to 5.30pm, there’s flexibility if agreed in advance with your line managers (it will also be necessary on occasions to work outside of these hours).
