Responsibilities
- Assists with implementation and ensures all employees follow Company policies and procedures.
- Administers, coordinates, and directs all activities in accordance with policies and procedures, benefit enrollment, orientation, and general HR responsibilities and compliance.
- Aids the leadership team in achieving goals through people, including personnel records, orientation, employee retention efforts, leave of absence, and recruitment assistance within the community.
- Ensures compliance with all laws, rules, and regulations such as HIPAA, State Regulations, OSHA, and infection control protocols.
- Prepares census changes, enters payments, ancillary charges, prepares statements, processes resident renewals, and closes AR books for each period.
- Maintains and reviews accounts payable and routes invoices to the appropriate department, entering invoices and tracking payment information.
- Verifies and maintains all employee records, especially those involving direct reports.
- Directs and manages direct reports.
- Verifies and submits timecards for bi-weekly payroll.
- Tracks used PTO time for all staff.
Requirements
- Associate or bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business, Finance or a related field.
- Two (2) years of experience with business office functions.
- Three (3) to five (5) years in business office management, finance, or accounting preferred.
