About the role
STM, a provider of pressure sensitive adhesive tapes (PSA), is seeking a global Business Development leader. This position requires a visionary salesperson capable of identifying product and market growth opportunities that align with the company's value-added manufacturing capabilities.
Responsibilities
- Work independently to maintain key accounts without losing them.
- Direct internal teams to develop and produce products for new customers, applications, and markets.
- Control your budget and maximize product profits on a global scale.
Requirements
- Experience in Business Development.
- Strong leadership skills with strategic thinking abilities.
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Familiarity with project management.
- 10-15 years of experience in the pressure sensitive adhesives industry.
- Experience managing a CRM system.
