About the role

STM, a provider of pressure sensitive adhesive tapes (PSA), is seeking a global Business Development leader.

Responsibilities

  • Identify product & market growth opportunities that align with STM's value-added manufacturing capabilities.
  • Work independently to maintain key accounts while guiding the internal team to develop products for new customers, applications, and markets.
  • Manage a budget and maximize product profits on a global scale.

Requirements

  • Experience in Business Development.
  • Strong leadership skills, capable of strategic thinking.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Familiarity with project management.
  • 10-15 years of experience in the pressure sensitive adhesives industry.
  • Experience managing a CRM system.
