Business Development Specialist.

Responsibilities

• Address customer inquiries on automobiles and automobile products
• Use Customer Relationship Management software (CRM) to develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients
• Use all available communication channels to book sales appointments
• Maintain professional appearance and representation of the organization
• Respond quickly to internet, phone and text inquiries using email, scripts and templates
