Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Business Development Specialist, located in Florence, KY. The Business Development Specialist will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, developing and maintaining client relationships, and achieving sales targets.

  • Day-to-day tasks include market research, creating and presenting business proposals, negotiating contracts, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure client needs are met.
  • The role also involves regular communication with potential and existing clients to understand their business requirements and provide appropriate solutions.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Business Development, Sales, and Account Management
  • Strong market research and analytical skills
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Ability to build and maintain client relationships
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office
  • Self-motivated with a results-oriented approach
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
  • Experience in the chemical industry is a plus
  • Able to work independently and in a team environment
