Role Description
This is a full-time role for a Business Development Specialist, located in Florence, KY. The Business Development Specialist will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, developing and maintaining client relationships, and achieving sales targets.
- Day-to-day tasks include market research, creating and presenting business proposals, negotiating contracts, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure client needs are met.
- The role also involves regular communication with potential and existing clients to understand their business requirements and provide appropriate solutions.
Qualifications
- Experience in Business Development, Sales, and Account Management
- Strong market research and analytical skills
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to build and maintain client relationships
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office
- Self-motivated with a results-oriented approach
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- Experience in the chemical industry is a plus
- Able to work independently and in a team environment
