About the role
We're looking for energetic, goal-driven individuals to join our sales team in Holland, MI! As a BDSR, you’ll play a key role in growing our client base, strengthening existing relationships, and driving margin growth. You’ll manage your own book of business—prospecting, closing, and retaining accounts while collaborating closely with our operations team. This is a high-activity role, ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. You’ll be expected to spend the majority of your time on the phone building relationships with shippers, hitting KPIs, and contributing to strategic growth plans.
