Business Development Sales Manager, Skin Care
About the role
We are seeking a North America Business Development Manager for Skin Care to implement Solvay Novecare HPC Skin Care strategy. This role involves growing the skin care segment by directly managing key skin care customers and supporting the sales teams and distributors in North America.
Responsibilities
- Manage direct key accounts for skin care products in North America
- Build and maintain strong relationships through proactive communication and regular visits
- Achieve KPI objectives according to global marketing & pricing strategy, as well as commercial guidelines
- Evaluate and propose innovative solutions for customer problems and coordinate with internal resources when needed
- Support the NA sales team and distribution network as BDM (Business Development Manager) for skin care
- Grow Sales/ICM and deliver budget delivery targets
Requirements
- Strong development mindset, strategic thinking, and technology/ingredients/formulation background
- Understanding of skin science / skin biological mechanisms
- Business/marketing background (MBA, or on job business experience), with more than 5 years marketing or sales experience in Beauty Care / Skin Care
- Hunter / entrepreneurial spirit, driven by delivery of business results
- Strong team player and ability to navigate in complex organizations
- Experience with product launch in the Beauty Care market, development of 5 year strategic roadmap/operational marketing plan
- Strong communication skills, ability to create presentations, communicate marketing and technical information to a broad audience
Qualifications
- Scientific and technical background in chemistry, formulation, consumer markets

Pay
The U.S. base salary range reasonably expected to be paid for this position is $103,360 to $129,200 per year. Since actual compensation packages are based on a variety of factors unique to each candidate, we may ultimately pay more or less than the posted base salary range. Total compensation for this role also includes bonus and/or other incentives.
