Responsibilities
- Quote, close, and write new P&C and life business
- Made outbound calls and follow-ups to prospects and referral sources to build a consistent pipeline
- Cross-sell life and additional lines to new and existing households
- Set appointments and move prospects through the sales process
- Maintain accurate activity and pipeline records in the agency system
- Meet weekly and monthly production goals
Qualifications
- Active Florida 2-20 General Lines license required
- Active Florida life license required (2-14 or 2-15)
- Proven insurance sales experience — quoting, closing, and cross-selling
- Self-motivated and competitive, with a track record of hitting sales goals
- Strong phone presence with confident, persuasive communication
- Consistent with outreach, follow-up, and pipeline management
- Team-oriented with a positive, coachable attitude
