The Opportunity

We're looking for a BDR to join our dynamic team. Your role will involve prospecting and engaging chiropractic practice owners, operators, and office managers through outbound calls, email, and LinkedIn. You'll also qualify inbound and outbound leads, lead first-touch discovery conversations, create urgency, schedule demos, and collaborate closely with Account Executives.

The ideal candidate is confident on the phone, commercially curious, coachable, and accountable, with the ability to think critically, ask hard questions, and clearly articulate business impact. Success is measured by demo quality, pipeline contribution, and rewards for excelling.

Who You Are

  • Experience: 1-3 years of BDR/SDR experience (SaaS preferred; healthcare/chiro a plus)
  • Qualifications: Proven ability to prospect, qualify, and book meetings with business owners or operators
  • Skills: Comfortable using CRM systems (HubSpot preferred) to document pain points, buying context, and next steps
  • Performance: Track record of hitting activity and meeting targets in a performance-driven sales culture
  • Experience: Selling value and business outcomes (efficiency, growth, revenue), not just features
