Training & Mentorship

Responsibilities (on graduation)
- Client Acquisition: Identify, prospect, and acquire small and medium-sized business accounts.
- Account Management: Manage and scale your secure customer portfolio with outstanding service.
- Team Collaboration: Fine-tune your negotiation and customer service skills alongside your team manager.
- Leadership Preparation: Work toward qualifying for a mentee of your own to support your operations.
- Upselling & Growth: Expand your book of business through new capability offerings and logistics service lines.
Key Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree is strongly preferred with an emphasis on Business, Management, or related fields.
- Sales Drive: Passionate about starting or growing an energetic, phone-based inside sales career.

- Soft Skills: Proven ability to build immediate rapport, establish trust, and communicate clearly.
