About the role

The Business Development Representative will be responsible for identifying and developing relationships with RIA (Registered Investment Advisor) firms to drive new business opportunities.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and qualify potential RIA clients
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with RIA firms
  • Present the company's services and solutions to potential clients
  • Manage the sales process from initial contact to closing deals
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless client experiences

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
  • 2+ years of experience in sales or business development
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Experience working with financial institutions or wealth management firms is a plus

Qualifications

  • Self-motivated and proactive
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Passionate about financial services and wealth management

Skills

  • Strong negotiation and presentation skills
  • Ability to build and maintain professional relationships
  • Knowledge of financial products and services
  • Experience with CRM systems
