About the role
The Business Development Representative will be responsible for identifying and developing relationships with RIA (Registered Investment Advisor) firms to drive new business opportunities.
Responsibilities
- Identify and qualify potential RIA clients
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with RIA firms
- Present the company's services and solutions to potential clients
- Manage the sales process from initial contact to closing deals
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless client experiences
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- 2+ years of experience in sales or business development
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Experience working with financial institutions or wealth management firms is a plus
Qualifications
- Self-motivated and proactive
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Passionate about financial services and wealth management

- Strong negotiation and presentation skills
- Ability to build and maintain professional relationships
