About the role

As a Business Development Representative at DeepIP, you will be at the core of our revenue growth. Your mission is to own a high-volume outbound motion, identifying target accounts, initiating first contacts, and generating a consistent stream of qualified meetings for the Account Executive team, week after week. You will work closely with Marketing and Sales in a dynamic, high-performance environment, and engage credibly with sophisticated buyers: patent attorneys, CIOs, and engineers.

Responsibilities

  • Drive high-volume outbound prospecting across email, cold calling, LinkedIn, and other channels
  • Identify and reach the right decision-makers in target accounts (C-level, legal, technical teams)
  • Schedule qualified meetings for Account Executives with consistency and discipline
  • Support inbound lead qualification generated by Marketing
  • Collaborate with Marketing on webinar activation and lead generation campaigns
  • Keep our CRM meticulously up to date
  • Actively contribute to optimizing the BDR playbook and sales processes

Qualifications

  • ~1–1.5 years of outbound sales experience - SaaS BDR preferred, but strong profiles from demanding sales environments are welcome (recruiting, ticket sales, manufacturing, logistics, hospitality, insurance)
  • Excellent verbal and written English - clear, articulate, able to hold your own with smart, demanding buyers
  • Systematic and disciplined in outbound execution: structured methodology, rigorous follow-up, consistent output
  • Hungry, proactive outbound mindset - you go for the meeting, you don't wait for it
  • Resilient, coachable, and results-driven
  • Comfortable in a fast-moving startup environment

Bonus Skills

  • Some familiarity with SaaS sales cycles or tools (HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Salesloft, Lemlist…)
