Performance Objectives

  • Representing our company’s products and services, starting with a comprehensive understanding of them.
  • Proactively seeking new leads and business opportunities in the market.
  • Using Salesforce (CRM, sales engagement platform), cold calling, and emailing to generate new sales opportunities.
  • Setting up meetings or calls between potential customers and sales executives.
  • Managing and maintaining a pipeline of interested prospects and engaging sales executives for next steps.
  • Identifying best practices to refine the company’s lead generation playbook.
  • Identifying prospects’ needs and suggesting appropriate products/services.
  • Reporting to the sales manager with weekly and monthly results and refining and/or updating the local market situation.
  • Market analysis (news, studies, reports) to update priorities and help with the POD strategy.
  • Marketing activities (exploring beneficial events, associations, etc.) to help boost awareness and find quality leads to manage a healthy pipeline.

Competitive Candidate Profile

  • C2 in English and French.
  • Cross-cultural communication and high ethics code is required – we are a diverse company with 22+ nationalities.
  • Empathy and good communication skills via phone and email.
  • Ability to work under pressure during the most active sales seasons.
  • Ability to “read between the lines” and identify key pain points of potential customers.
  • High self-discipline and ability to balance remote and on-site work.

Desired Skills

  • Studies in Business and Engineering are positively valued.
  • C2 level in Arabic.
  • Previous work experience in Solar PV industry, especially in MENATI.

Pay

This role offers a base salary range of €25,000 – €30,000 per year, depending on experience, skills, and qualifications. In addition, employees may be eligible for variable compensation and benefits.
