Responsibilities
- Conduct pre-call research and planning
- Interact with prospective clients via phone, email, and social media
- Qualify opportunities
- Facilitate call campaigns targeting tradeshow leads
- Update Salesforce.com with activity-based data
- Collaborate with peers, managers, and quota-carrying representatives to identify strategies and assess results
Requirements
- Ability to work in office at Netsmart’s headquarters in Overland Park, KS
- Bachelor’s degree
- At least 1 year of sales experience
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Salesforce.com experience
- Healthcare industry experience
- Experience with CRM, preferably Salesforce.com
