About the role

Baptist Health South Florida (BHSF) Clinical Services is seeking a Market Development Specialist to join our dynamic team. This role will be responsible for marketselling clinical services to both new and existing physician practices, developing market business plans, and managing personal business portfolios.

Responsibilities

• Elicit business from new and existing physician practices
• Develop and analyze business opportunities
• Explore and build partner relationships to develop and enhance business alliances
• Plan and execute new business initiatives for specific products/services
• Manage personal business portfolio/territory according to agreed market development strategy

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree
• Minimum of 5 years of demonstrated experience in sales
• Preferred healthcare knowledge
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Pay

The estimated salary range for this position is $56,791.50 - $73,828.95 per year, depending on experience.
