About the role
A Business Development Representative at Edflex, you’ll work at the top of our sales funnel to identify and generate new business opportunities through a combination of inbound and outbound efforts. Your focus will be to build meaningful relationships with prospects, educate them on Edflex’s solutions, support marketing campaigns, and contribute to the growth of our North American market.
Responsibilities
- Strategically research accounts and identify key decision-makers within target organizations.
- Conduct personalized outbound outreach and follow up on inbound inquiries to create qualified opportunities.
- Convert Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) into sales-ready opportunities by understanding prospect needs and positioning Edflex solutions.
- Build and nurture relationships with senior business executives by understanding their challenges and showing how Edflex can add value.
- Collaborate closely with sales and marketing teams to align prospecting strategies and campaigns.
- Consistently meet and exceed monthly and quarterly pipeline generation targets.
- Accurately track activities and opportunities in our CRM (HubSpot) while maintaining attention to privacy and data security.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
- Strong drive to exceed goals with minimal supervision.
- Excellent communication (phone, video, and email), time management, and organizational skills.
- Willingness to be coached, learn quickly, and adapt in a dynamic environment.
- A collaborative mindset and proven ability to work within a team to achieve targets.
