What You’ll Do
- Connecting with potential customers via phone, email, text, and social media
- Responding promptly to inbound leads and inquiries
- Scheduling and confirming appointments for our Sales Consultants
- Managing and organizing prospects in our CRM system
- Collaborating with sales and marketing teams to increase engagement
- Building product knowledge to confidently communicate vehicle features and benefits
What We’re Looking For
- A strong interest in sales, customer service, and the automotive industry
- Excellent communication and people skills
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
- Resilient and comfortable handling objections
- Organized with strong attention to detail
- Sales, customer service, or call center experience is a plus — but not required
