Key Responsibilities
- Lead Generation
- Identify, qualify, and nurture new business opportunities through multiple outbound channels
- Cold Calling
- Conduct high-volume outbound calls to generate interest and build strong sales pipelines
- Appointment Setting
- Schedule qualified meetings/demos with decision-makers, IT leaders, and business stakeholders
- Pipeline Development
- Build and manage prospect databases, CRM updates, and follow-up sequences
- Market Research
- Identify target accounts, industry trends, and new opportunities in IT/AI space
- Collaboration
- Work closely with sales and account teams to drive revenue growth
Required Skills
- 8+ years of experience in Business Development / Sales Development / Lead Generation
- Strong experience in IT Services, Managed Services, Staffing, or Technology Solutions
- Experience selling or supporting AI/ML, Automation, Cloud, or Digital Transformation services is highly preferred
- Proven expertise in cold calling, email outreach, LinkedIn prospecting, and appointment fixing
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Familiarity with CRM tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, or similar platforms
Preferred Experience
- Existing network within IT decision-makers
