Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Generation
  • Identify, qualify, and nurture new business opportunities through multiple outbound channels
  • Cold Calling
  • Conduct high-volume outbound calls to generate interest and build strong sales pipelines
  • Appointment Setting
  • Schedule qualified meetings/demos with decision-makers, IT leaders, and business stakeholders
  • Pipeline Development
  • Build and manage prospect databases, CRM updates, and follow-up sequences
  • Market Research
  • Identify target accounts, industry trends, and new opportunities in IT/AI space
  • Collaboration
  • Work closely with sales and account teams to drive revenue growth

Required Skills

  • 8+ years of experience in Business Development / Sales Development / Lead Generation
  • Strong experience in IT Services, Managed Services, Staffing, or Technology Solutions
  • Experience selling or supporting AI/ML, Automation, Cloud, or Digital Transformation services is highly preferred
  • Proven expertise in cold calling, email outreach, LinkedIn prospecting, and appointment fixing
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Familiarity with CRM tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, or similar platforms

Preferred Experience

  • Existing network within IT decision-makers
