Responsibilities
- Lead Qualification: Assess and qualify all inbound leads to determine their potential and readiness for engagement.
- Prospecting: Identify and target new business opportunities through research, networking, and outreach across assigned territories.
- Outreach: Build target contact lists for marketing, send personalized emails, and conduct social media outreach to connect with potential clients and schedule meetings for the sales team.
- Relationship Building: Establish and maintain relationships with prospects to understand their needs and how Quince can meet them.
- CRM Management: Accurately document all interactions and updates in our CRM system to ensure a seamless handoff to the sales team.
- Trade Shows: Attend quarterly Trade Shows with the Head of Sales. Must be able to represent and sell the Quince brand in person for live lead generation.
- Bias Towards Technology: Scale qualifications and outreach using technology. Bring new ideas to the table on how to best use AI and technology to achieve your goals.
- Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and market dynamics to effectively communicate Quince’s value proposition.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a sales or lead generation role, preferably in a B2B environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- New Opportunities Created: Generate at least 30 opportunities per month from new enterprise companies through prospecting efforts.
- Meeting Conversion Rate: Achieve a minimum of 25% conversion rate from scheduled meetings to qualified opportunities (both for Inbound Leads and Prospecting).
- Inbound Lead Qualification Rate: 20% of Inbound Leads from new companies qualified for further sales engagement, including leveraging those Leads to get referrals to the right POC.
Pay
Pay Range: $70,000 USD - $119,000 USD
