About the role

Vyne is a healthcare technology company focused on improving healthcare processes through secure health information exchange and intelligent communication management. We serve over 800 hospitals and health systems, 84,000 dental offices, and 800+ health plans and payers across the U.S. Our Business Development Representatives play a crucial role in connecting these organizations with our solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Make approximately 80 daily contact attempts from strategic target lists and inbound marketing qualified leads (MQLs).
  • Convert all MQLs to Sales Qualified Leads by scheduling consultations with our Practice Revenue Advisors.
  • Accurately track all sales-related activities and notes in Salesforce.
  • Participate in scheduled meetings and share knowledge and techniques with fellow sales team members.
  • Attend training and ensure comprehensive knowledge of Vyne Dental product offerings.
  • Understand the competitive landscape and stay updated on industry trends.
  • Review and approve monthly commission statements in a timely manner.
  • Work with all other departments as needed to achieve overall company goals on sales, customer satisfaction, and client retention.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or equivalent experience.
  • 0-1 year of experience in an inside sales call center preferred, but a combination of education and experience will be considered.
  • Experience in door-to-door selling, either as a setter or closer, or in collections agencies is a plus.
  • Working knowledge of sales process and customer service.
  • Experience in the dental industry, specifically dental billing and practice management, is a plus.
  • Experience in Revenue Cycle Management is a plus.
  • GSuite and Salesforce experience is a plus.

Skills

  • Strong communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
  • Knowledge of healthcare industry and terminology.
  • Basic understanding of healthcare billing and practice management.

Pay

Salary range: $45,000 - $60,000 annually.
