What You’ll Do
- Possess and prospect for new business through outbound outreach
- Build and maintain relationships with shippers and carriers
- Negotiate pricing and secure freight shipments
- Manage shipments from pickup to delivery
- Communicate with customers and carriers to ensure smooth execution
- Solve real-time logistics challenges
- Maintain accurate CRM records and track activity
