Role Overview

We’re looking for motivated, early-career professionals to join our team as Business Development Representatives in freight brokerage sales.

This is a hands-on, fast-paced role where you’ll learn sales, logistics, and supply chain operations while building your own book of business from the ground up.

What You’ll Do

  • Possess and develop new business through outbound outreach
  • Build and maintain relationships with shippers and carriers
  • Negotiate pricing and secure freight shipments
  • Manage shipments from pickup to delivery
  • Communicate with customers and carriers to ensure smooth execution
  • Solve real-time logistics challenges
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and track activity
