About the role

Responsibilities

  • Hit or exceed monthly and annual targets and maintain consistent strong performance
  • Actively engage in the coaching process, partnering with managers and colleagues
  • Log all activities and customer contacts in Salesforce

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent work experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills (personable and professional)
  • Able to conduct oneself in a professional manner
  • Agile learners - ability to learn something new
  • Commitment to a schedule that coincides with the customer’s work day
  • Intermediate computer skills and ability to navigate software programs such as Microsoft
  • Experience in CRM preferred
  • Motivated and competitive with a positive attitude

Pay and Schedule

The target total cash compensation range for this role is $66,500 USD - $123,500 USD. Pay is positioned within the range based on several factors including an individual’s knowledge, skills, and experience with consideration given to internal equity. Base pay and any target sales incentive are part of a comprehensive Total Reward program which also includes flexible and supportive benefits and other wellbeing programs.

Schedule

The position offers a schedule that coincides with the customer’s work day.
