Responsibilities

  • Build relationships & create customers for life.
  • Aid customers in selecting a vehicle by asking questions and listening carefully to their responses.
  • Learn some general product knowledge of the vehicles.
  • Follow-up with customers to make contact and set an appointment for them to visit our dealership.
  • Overcome objections and thrive in sales situations.
  • Directly report to the Sales Manager regarding objectives, planned activities, and new campaigns each month.
  • Bring your 'A game' & positive attitude with you every day.

Qualifications

  • Available to work flexible hours.
  • Ready to hit the ground running on learning new products.
  • Fantastic communication skills with your customers in person, on the phone, and via email.
  • Pleasant and engaging phone personality.
  • Professional, well-groomed personal appearance.
  • Dealership experience welcome, but a teachable attitude much more important.
  • Clean driving record.
  • Willing to submit to a pre-employment background check & drug screen.
