About the role

Join Surface Experts, an all-inclusive surface repair service provider committed to providing quick, efficient, and eco-friendly repairs. Our mission is to reduce waste and save our customers time and money.

Responsibilities

  • Map your route, conduct ~15 on-site visits, and book work
  • Log notes/metrics in our software and coordinate with your Owner/Sales team
  • Light admin and prep from your home
  • Weekly sales coaching and ongoing support
  • Coachable, eager to learn, open to feedback, responsible for results, and willing to run a proven sales playbook
  • Curious, comfortable asking questions, and seeks to serve customers by understanding them first
  • Detail-oriented, executing daily habits that turn activity into revenue consistently

Requirements

  • Ability to manage your schedule autonomously
  • Willingness to work full-time during business hours (no nights or weekends)
  • Experience in surface repair or related field preferred
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Passion for serving customers and reducing waste

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Schedule and Location

Pay

Compensation includes a base salary, commission, and bonuses. Details are provided in the “Compensation and Time Off” section.

Schedule and Location

  • Location: Majority time in the field with minimal remote work
  • Work-Life Balance: Full-time during business hours (no nights or weekends)
  • Manage Your Schedule: Scheduling autonomy allows balancing work commitments with personal appointments
