About the role
Join Surface Experts, an all-inclusive surface repair service provider committed to providing quick, efficient, and eco-friendly repairs. Our mission is to reduce waste and save our customers time and money.
Responsibilities
- Map your route, conduct ~15 on-site visits, and book work
- Log notes/metrics in our software and coordinate with your Owner/Sales team
- Light admin and prep from your home
- Weekly sales coaching and ongoing support
- Coachable, eager to learn, open to feedback, responsible for results, and willing to run a proven sales playbook
- Curious, comfortable asking questions, and seeks to serve customers by understanding them first
- Detail-oriented, executing daily habits that turn activity into revenue consistently
Requirements
- Ability to manage your schedule autonomously
- Willingness to work full-time during business hours (no nights or weekends)
- Experience in surface repair or related field preferred
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Passion for serving customers and reducing waste
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Pay
Compensation includes a base salary, commission, and bonuses. Details are provided in the “Compensation and Time Off” section.
Schedule and Location
- Location: Majority time in the field with minimal remote work
