We’re looking for a highly motivated, self-driven Business Development Representative who thrives on the challenge of finding and closing new business opportunities while also fostering strong business relationships with existing clients to keep accounts satisfied and growing.
Compensation Information
$73,000-$80,000 annually with bonus
Responsibilities
- Sales, Retention, & Revenue Generation - Achieve/exceed sales targets.
- Lead generation.
- Grow existing business accounts.
- Client Relationship Management - Grow B2B client portfolio.
- Build and retain business relationships.
- Maintain and address client satisfaction levels.
- Account Planning & Strategy - Develop/execute plans to achieve sales targets.
- Align account strategies with internal strategies.
- Analyze accounts consistently.
- Communication & Collaboration - Develop strong rapport with corporate business partners collaborating and agreeing on deliverables.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or related field preferred.
- Proven experience in account management, sales, or customer service.
- Strong presentation skills required.
- Proficiency in Salesforce and Microsoft Office suite.
- P&L experience preferred.
- Home/Trade Shows experience a plus.
