About the role
This hybrid position requires commuting to the Atlanta (Ponce City Market) office 3 days per week. The role involves representing software that wins, which means selling solutions designed to make accounting and finance tasks easier for small and medium-sized businesses.
Responsibilities
- Find and qualify potential clients using BANT (Budget, Authority, Need, Timing)
- Handle objections effectively during the sales process
- Use a CRM and other sales engagement tools to manage leads and track progress
- Conduct cold calls to reach out to potential customers
- Onboard new employees by shadowing experienced BDRs and participating in an onboarding class
- Work closely with Account Executives to create sales opportunities and facilitate meetings
- Grow within the company, potentially transitioning into Account Executive, Customer Account Management, Sales Operations/Management, or marketing roles
Requirements
- 1+ years of sales or professional experience
- A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Intermediate level experience using a CRM, Sales Engagement Tools, and List Building Tools
- Experience with heavy cold calling
- The ability to understand and communicate with mid-enterprise level businesses
- A strong belief in helping these businesses thrive
- Excellent storytelling and communication skills
