About the role
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative to join our Sales team at Fortra. This entry-level role involves driving the growth of our customer base through lead generation campaigns and follow-up on marketing-sourced leads.
Responsibilities
- Lead generation for new software and services.
- Calling campaigns targeted towards new customer acquisition.
- Cross-sell referrals.
- Manage current customer license transfer and upgrade communication, negotiation, and processing.
- Set-up product overview demos for customers needing education on their licensed software.
- Continuously refine and improve business analysis processes to enhance efficiency and outcomes.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organization and time management skills.
- Ability to professionally represent the company and its products.
- Ability to influence and persuade others.
- Self-driven, motivated, and results oriented.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with a keen attention to detail.
- Bachelor’s degree in related field.
Compensation
Compensation: 48,000 USD + 15,000 USD Commission
