About the role
We’re looking for a driven Business Development Representative (BDR) to help fuel growth across healthcare providers, medical billing companies, and pharmacy hubs. You’ll be on the front lines of our go-to-market motion—identifying, engaging, and qualifying prospective customers, and setting up high-quality opportunities for the sales team.
What You’ll Do
- Possess strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage with prospects through email, phone, and LinkedIn.
- Collaborate closely with Account Executives to build and maintain a healthy pipeline.
- Run targeted outbound campaigns in collaboration with Marketing.
- Conduct initial discovery calls to understand customer pain points and assess fit.
- Clearly articulate Prosper’s value proposition and secure next-step meetings.
- Maintain accurate activity and pipeline tracking in CRM tools.
- Share market and customer insights with Sales and Product teams.
What We’re Looking For
- 1–4+ years of experience in sales, business development, or a related role.
- Strong interest in B2B sales, ideally in healthcare, SaaS, or AI.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Comfortable with outbound prospecting and high-volume outreach.
- Organized, resilient, and motivated by clear goals and metrics.
- Ability to work autonomously while collaborating cross-functionally.
- Eagerness to learn the product, industry, and sales craft quickly.

Compensation
- Base: $60,000 - $70,000
- Equity & Benefits (OTE): $104,000 - $125,000
