About the role

We’re looking for a driven Business Development Representative (BDR) to help fuel growth across healthcare providers, medical billing companies, and pharmacy hubs. You’ll be on the front lines of our go-to-market motion—identifying, engaging, and qualifying prospective customers, and setting up high-quality opportunities for the sales team.

What You’ll Do

  • Possess strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage with prospects through email, phone, and LinkedIn.
  • Collaborate closely with Account Executives to build and maintain a healthy pipeline.
  • Run targeted outbound campaigns in collaboration with Marketing.
  • Conduct initial discovery calls to understand customer pain points and assess fit.
  • Clearly articulate Prosper’s value proposition and secure next-step meetings.
  • Maintain accurate activity and pipeline tracking in CRM tools.
  • Share market and customer insights with Sales and Product teams.

What We’re Looking For

  • 1–4+ years of experience in sales, business development, or a related role.
  • Strong interest in B2B sales, ideally in healthcare, SaaS, or AI.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Comfortable with outbound prospecting and high-volume outreach.
  • Organized, resilient, and motivated by clear goals and metrics.
  • Ability to work autonomously while collaborating cross-functionally.
  • Eagerness to learn the product, industry, and sales craft quickly.

Compensation

  • Base: $60,000 - $70,000
  • Equity & Benefits (OTE): $104,000 - $125,000
