Responsibilities

  • Hitting your monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
  • Convert inbound sales leads to actively ordering customers
  • Follow the sales process throughout the entire sales pipeline
  • Develop a strong relationship between the client and the company so a successful hand-off to an account manager can take place for strategic accounts
  • Diligently organize in maintaining CRM and customer records
  • Communicate with customers via video call (Zoom), phone call, SMS, and Email
  • Work with cross-functional teams to ensure you are meeting the needs and expectations of your customers
  • Perform lead generating activities to build your sales funnel
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to identify and acquire new customers within the healthcare industry
  • Establish and nurture strong relationships with key decision-makers, influencers, and stakeholders in healthcare organizations
  • Manage and grow existing customer accounts by ensuring customer satisfaction and identifying upselling opportunities

Qualifications

  • Proven track record of success in sales, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in a fast-paced sales position
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to think on your feet
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals and decision-makers
  • Highly organized and process driven
  • Results-oriented mindset with a strong drive to achieve and exceed sales targets
  • Strong presentation and demonstration skills, with the ability to communicate complex concepts to diverse audiences effectively
  • Proficiency in using Zoho software and other sales productivity tools
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment
