Job Summary
Physician Partners of America (PPOA) is a fast-growing integrated health organization with multi-site ambulatory surgical centers and medical practices. A Business Development Referral Associate is needed to drive business and develop referral pipelines to PPOA business entities in the assigned region.
Job Description
- Set-up and attend networking medical events
- Work in collaboration with BD Manager
- Organize lunch and learns with referral sources
- Maintain existing and create new referral source relationships
- Operate in specific market segments as determined by management
- Identify new opportunities through lead generation, cold calling, and other networking sources, consistent with Physician Partners of America values
Job Requirements
- High school Diploma - Associate or Bachelor’s Degree Preferred
- Beginning sales experience such as retail or customer service
- Reliable transportation that can pass a MVR screening
- Ability to build business relationships with excellent communication skills
- Understand the basic skill of Microsoft Office Knowledge
- Demonstrate a strong sense of urgency to achieve outcomes
- Demonstrate verbal and written communication skills
- Able to prioritize and multi-task in a fast paced, changing environment
- Demonstrate excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proven analytical and creative problem-solving abilities
- Strong customer service orientation
- Experience working collaboratively in a team-oriented environment is a must
