Job Responsibilities
- Research and identify new leads using sales platforms and prospecting tools.
- Conduct outbound prospecting, including cold calling and email outreach.
- Generate qualified, sales-ready meetings for Account Executives.
- Collaborate with Marketing and Sales to develop and execute targeted outbound campaigns.
- Track and manage leads, activities, and pipeline data in HubSpot (or similar CRM).
- Support sales and marketing initiatives and follow up on inbound inquiries and event-generated leads.
- Maintain a strong understanding of physical security technologies and market trends.
- Attend industry trade shows, webinars, and networking events as needed.
- Participate in weekly and monthly sales meetings, providing updates on performance, plans, and quota progress.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a business or technology-related field (or equivalent experience).
- 1–3 years of experience in business development, lead generation, or inside sales (physical security, IT, SaaS, or B2B technology experience preferred).
- Experience using AI tools to enhance productivity, innovation, or problem-solving.
- Experience with ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and HubSpot is preferred but not required.
- Must reside in Minnesota.
